NEWS October 14th, 2009 - Ratchet and Clank for PS3 Home has been released, I added a short video of some of the characters that I rigged in that project. September 27th, 2009 - Been working quite abit with Python, which has been easy compared to learning how Maya API works. However, I converted my Autosmooth script to Python and it is nearly 10 times faster... so Python/API is definately worth looking into.. April 10, 2009 - Been workin on some more C# pipeline tools which gives a few big advanages, a more powerful scripting language, and a single tool can be made for multiple software packages (Maya/Max). I have also been creating more accurate support joints to simulate muscle movement. March 8, 2009 - Well, I decided I wanted to expand abit on scripting and started learning C#. Its definately a change from MEL, but it has some awesome features well worth the initial headache. I have started work on a file renaming tool that I hope to have avaiable for download soon. December 10, 2008 - Jon Robins and I just finished up some freelance work for Metallica's music video for their song All Nightmare Long. July 28, 2008 - I decided awhile ago to work on getting an updated demo reel out there... and finally it has been made, and with the creation of my new demo reel comes the redesign and update of my website. I have also decided to put myself out there for freelance work. June 14, 2007 - Wrapping up on Conan and getting ready to move on to the next project. It has been a great experience... learned so much in a short time. I look forward to getting some stuff together and updating my reel... and working on the projects to come. February 20, 2007 - Our game was annouced and is up on the Nihilistic homepage. Conan for Xbox 360 and PS3, the action adventure game, not the MMO people like to get it mixed up with :) July 13, 2006 - Updated the site and added some more scripts and other content. March 27, 2006 - First day at my first studio job... Nihilistic in Novato California. March 3, 2006 - Got a bit of freelance from the job hunting I did and after I finished that up I was contacted by a studio looking for a rigger. The phone interview went well so they flew me down and made an offer! No more job hunting! I will be leaving Florida and heading to California. February 3rd 2006 - Graduation day! The long crazy hours are over... for now. I will be sending on reels and doing an internship for the school. |
